  • Unworn & Pristine: Items must be completely unworn, free from perfume, moisture, makeup stains, or handling scratches.
  • Original Luxury Packaging: All signature rigid boxes, anti-tarnish velvet cushions, authenticity certificates, and tamper tags must be intact and enclosed.
  • Hygiene Compliance: Pierced earrings and nose pins cannot be returned due to international hygiene regulations, unless they arrived damaged or defective during transit.
